2) Select your speaker and session slots
As a Gold Sponsor, you are entitled to having one panelist on a featured panel.
You will need to submit a speaker form for your selected speaker.
Make sure you have your speakers' headshots and 150-word bios ready to go before completing!
3) Register your staff
As part of your sponsorship package, you have ten (10) staff passes. These are in addition to your speakers and VIP Guest Passes!

4) Invite Your Clients! As part of your sponsorship deal, we have extended you an unlimited number of VIP Guest Passes that can be shared with your enterprise clients or contacts that you think would want to attend the event. 5) Prepare Your Innovation Lab Video
As part of your sponsorship package, you have the ability to display a seven-minute Innovation Lab video to our audience! Think of the Innovation Lab as an advert that plays between two sessions. Create something new, specific to the event or services that you're promoting in your Virtual Booth. This is a great way to make the audience aware of your product before we the Virtual Booth sessions take place.

Think of this area as your 'home' within the event. You are able to showcase research, webpages, downloads, and even use it to auction off giveaways. We encourage our attendees to access the booth throughout the day and have allocated two 15-minute Virtual Booth sessions for you to make the most of our captive audience.
During the 15-minute Virtual Booth sessions, we will remove your Innovation Lab video, which will be a placeholder when you're not in session, and replace it with a Zoom panel between two of your company representatives. While you're not able to see the attendees that are in the booth, we encourage your speakers to have a fluid, engaging conversation between themselves. Encourage the audience to participate through the chat function on the right-hand side of the screen, and answer any questions that may pop up during this session. The more engaging these sessions are, the longer the attendees will stick around.

Upload links to external websites you want to be displayed and downloadable resources you want to share with our attendees
Schedule some time to run through the set-up of the virtual booth and test the speaker set up
Get ready to showcase your ads through our retargeting platform. You have the option of creating your own ads, or using our third-party graphic design team to create these on your behalf.

8) Prepare Your Post-Event Email
Following the event, we will issue an email to all event registrants on your behalf. We suggest you incorporate thought-leadership into the messaging and tailor the content to topics that were discussed at the event.
Our team will format the email and send you a proof before distributing. 24-48 hours after the email has been sent, we will provide you with delivery statistics.
